How to work with me
Finding the right fit
Starting therapy or breathwork can feel like a big step. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can meet, you can ask any questions, and we can explore whether working together feels right. I am also registered with BUPA if you would like personal counselling through your health insurance.
There's no pressure and no obligation. It's simply a chance to connect before we begin.

Individual breathwork sessions
£100 / £9075/60 minutes
A one-to-one session combining conscious connected breathwork with somatic awareness. Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. Initial session £100, subsequent sessions £90.
Psychotherapy
£7050 minutes
A dedicated talking therapy session offering a warm, grounded space to explore what's on your mind and work through what's holding you back.
Group breathwork workshop
£452 hours
Group workshops held at the Green Door in Bosham. A powerful and affordable way to experience breathwork in community.
Introductory call
Free20 minutes
A no-obligation call to meet, ask questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

Introductory call
We spend 20 minutes together — you can ask anything, and we can sense whether working together feels right.
First session
We begin gently. Your first session is about settling in, exploring what you're hoping for, and getting comfortable with the process.
Ongoing work
Most people find a rhythm of weekly or fortnightly sessions. We review regularly and adjust as your needs evolve.

Location
Sessions take place at the Green Door, Bosham, West Sussex or in Emsworth, Hampshire. Online sessions are also available.
Cancellation policy
I ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking. I accept bank transfer.
